Coronavirus Australia: Dan hits out at ‘unfair’ NSW/Victoria comparison

Some of the benchmarks in Victoria's reopening roadmap have been brought into question, particularly the low case numbers needed to reach the third step out of lockdown for Melbourne.

To reach the third step out of lockdown the average number of cases must be less than five state-wide for 14 days.

There also must be less than five mystery cases in the past 14-days.
